Graze and GrazeWP7 available from the NuGet

Both Graze and GrazeWP7 are now available through NuGet. To get started, first create a new “Empty Project” with Visual Studio and then add the Graze or GrazeWP7 using NuGet. Graze.exe and the template-folder are installed into the root of your project. Installing GrazeWP7 will automatically install Graze.
